Please read this before returning
You can return an item if:
1. The goods appear brand new.
2. There is NO make-up, perfume, sweat or smoke smell, or other things that detract from the value of the item.
3. The clothes must be sent back in original packaging, with original neck tags and hang tags.
4. You have not exceeded your return period of 30 days.
GUIDE TO RETURN - DENMARK
It takes up to 14 days to process a return.
We will send an email when your money has been refunded.
Hand in your return free of charge at our store in Badstuegade 14, 8000 Århus C
The return label costs DKK 39 and is deducted from the amount you must have refunded.

2. Hand in the package at the nearest GLS Parcel Shop.
We will deduct the cost of the return when we refund you.

If you want to send a return without using our return portal, please note that we do not cover the costs if it should disappear during delivery and we cannot track it without a package number. We always recommend that you receive a submission receipt.
Your return package must be sent directly to our warehouse address. It must not be sent to a parcel shop. Please note that we do not accept a return to our office address - only to our warehouse address.

COMPLAINT
Do you have a complaint?
If you have received a product that is defective, please write us an email regarding this. This must be done no later than 7 days after you have received the item. We need your order number, a short description and a picture of the fault.
All complaints must be sent by email and not by phone.
