NFS ApS accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard and Viabill.

Payment will only be debited to your account when the physical item is shipped.

We do not charge card fees.

All amounts on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

NFS ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by other outsiders.

When purchasing with ViaBill, you will receive your goods first. After this, you must pay your monthly allowance on the 20th of each month.
If you do not pay on time, a fee of DKK 39 will be charged.

If you regret your purchase, the agreement on payment with ViaBill ends.

ViaBill finances purchases for up to DKK 2,000.

Amounts over DKK 2,000 are financed in collaboration with SparXpress.

The delivery time for your order is 1-2 business days.

NFS ApS ships goods with the following:

GLS/Post Nord - Parcel shop - DKK 39 (Free over DKK 199)
Order before 15.30 - GLS/Post Nord will then deliver your parcel the next working day in the selected parcel shop. GLS/Post Nord also delivers on Saturdays, so if you want a Saturday delivery, remember to choose a parcel shop that is open at the weekend.
(Anholt, Bornholm and Læsø +1 day).

GLS/Post Nord - Home delivery - DKK 69 (DKK 39 over DKK 199)
Order before 15.30 - GLS/Post Nord will then deliver your package to your home the next weekday between 8-16. GLS/Post Nord also delivers on Saturdays.
(Anholt, Bornholm and Læsø +1 day).

The rest of the EU is the shipping price NOK 39

You will be able to choose between having the package sent "without delivery" or "with delivery".

You will always receive a track and trace number so that you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.

Right of withdrawal

There is a 30-day full right of withdrawal for goods purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 30 day period starts on the day the order is delivered. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 30 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Cancellation of part of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.

Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 30 days to return the item to us.

You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.

Condition of the item upon return

You are liable for the deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods. This means that you must try the product in the same way as if you shopped in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will get a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to NFS ApS to assess the condition of the goods.

The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean you can only get back the shipping costs.

We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 30 days from the day on which we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.

We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Right of complaint

There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right to complain applies to all errors in software, material and manufacturing.

Complaint regarding errors and defects must be notified to NFS ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods.

Here the max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The complaint is waived in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.

If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

NFS ApS covers the return costs to a reasonable extent. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.

We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with NFS ApS , we need the following information:
