You can return a package if:

1. The goods appear brand new.
2. There are NO make-up, perfume, sweat or smoke smell, or other things that detract from the value of the item.
3. The clothes must be sent back in original packaging, with original neck tags and hang tags.
4. You have not exceeded your return period of 30 days.

2. Hand in the package at the nearest GLS Parcel Shop.

We will deduct the cost of the return when we refund the money to you.
